Everyone understands tech glitches can occur but you do not leave your audience hanging. How is it that Goodreads does not understand the importance of communication? The audience should have been informed no later than 5 minutes after start time what was happening with updates as necessary.
Are there any adults at Goodreads? I am disgusted with their lack of respect for their customer base.
